Great instruction! Outstanding.
You should put your socks in there.
Everything I read says preserving meat with smoking makes it go bad within 4 days without refrigeration. Is this true? Seems crazy
Perfect ! Carnivore approved!

How long is it good for after smoking it?
By the way how long do you think this meat will last before being eaten? Aweek? 2 months? A year? What are some way to make it last longer? Thanks, your videos are awesomeness!!
I am here because of the Oscar movie called " into the wild "…..π
Wouldn't wet wood just steam the meat…
With that beard?? He's probably smokin' some meat Right Now!!
This is just what I was looking for! With so much uncertainty in the air, Iβm doing everything I can to prepare my family against grid collapse. Starting to look into more ways to preserve meat that doesnβt require electricity β€
Can i use any kind of wood or is there any different wood to preserve it
ππ
Just curious if itβs better to apply the same principles you would for an off set BBQ smoker and the ideal smoke would be less white and more blue smoke for a cleaner taste? Not using wet wood and using dry wood with very small burning fire. Thoughts?
Drop that intro
My smoker has the fire off to the side of the smoker so I can control smoke and fire seperately..
Why is this necessary if the grocery store has it in stock?
